    Hi there, I’m having the same problem. I can’t reach their page. I also tried to email my agent but got the email back saying it was “undeliverable”.

      I could not download the Covid19 a Hardship application. It prompted an error message

    I can not down load the COVID hardship application, I called the asset manager since 12/26/2020 and left a message but she has not call back yet

    I cannot log into my online account (it says I have no access to accounts). In addition, I received an e-mail from my asset manager and I have returned the e-mail 4 times, had e-mailed twice before she e-mailed me, and have left multiple voicemail messages. How are we supposed to get any help from this company?

    why am I being asked to send a large amount of money transfer to a lock box number ?
